Sore Everywhere

Well day 2 of training and I'm sore.  Yesterday I ran 40 mins after work and got about 3 miles in that time.  Today I ran this morning for 30 mins and got about 2 miles.  Tonight I will be biking on my trainer at home for an hour.  My sleep has been great the last 2 days as well.  I'm getting about 7 hours of sleep.  I know the soreness will go away but right now is not good.  Yesterday after looking up the pool length I did do only half of my swim workout.  I will be lifting today and I'm a little nerves because I will be doing dead-lifts and I hurt myself last time so this time I need to watch my form.  I played Broom-ball last night it was a lot of fun I will miss it when we have no Ice to play on.
