Today started off bad I did have any thing ready to go work out. I managed to make it to work with enough time to do my cardio and take a shower. The shower at work is the thing that throw me this morning. I forgot that I'd be taking my shower at work so I didn't stink all day. I got 35mins in on the cross trainer with a heart rate of 140. It’s starting to make me fell good to workout. During the day I plan to do the rest of my workout. At 2pm I finished my work out I did 2X15 SB Squats, good mornings and push up on my knees but I did all of them. I had to leave work early today to go to Tyler’s 15-month checkup. I had sometime so I though I'd stop by Walgreen’s and pick up my pills. As I rounded the corner to the drive through I saw an older lady lying in a pool of blood. I stopped to help her and from her injuries I can tell she had been lying there for a while. She had a cut on her index finger and a small cut on her right eyelid. After I had stopped someone came out of the store to help I told them to call 911. I check her for cms and every time was intact so one of the store employees and I helped her up to a chair they had brought out. Then the ambulance showed up. They took over and I went in and got my pills because the ambulance blocked my car. When I can out the car beside me had left so I was able to get on my way. I was about 5mins latter to Tyler's appointment. He's in the 80% to 90% in height, weight and head circumference. He is 27 lbs 32 ¼ inch high and his head is 19 ¼ inches around. We found out that he had and ear infection. So that maybe what his problem has been latterly. I feel bad because it took so long for us to find this out. I hope the meds they gave him help out. Then I took the van in for an estiment and to see when they can fix it. They can get it in on Wednesday. I also called the guy who hit me to try and work out having him pay the deductible. He was told by his brother to call his insurance first. So we'll see what happens from here. Tonight was the big night. The first night of broomball. Having never played before I didn't know what to expect. What a fun game. I even scored a goal and assisted in other goals. The goal I scored was assisted but not by my team. I hit it of the shoe of their goalie.
