Well it’s been a while since I wrote last so I’ll catch you up. We got the van fixed looks like it did before the finder binder. His insurance company sent me a check for the deductible. So I made money on the accident. They paid me $10 a day that I didn’t have my vehicle. So I made $20 but I’ll be giving that to Joanna’s grandma for letting us use her car. I have ramped up my training for the bike ride. I now have been working out for 1 hour plus the exercises the fitness center gave me. I do ½ hour on the cross trainer and ½ hour on a bike. I also bought a new road bike. It’s a Giant OCR 3. It’s an entree level racing/ Novice bike. I liked it better then the other bikes I tested. I’m looking for a trainer for my bike. A trainer is a stand you put your bike into to make it a stationary bike. I hope to win one on ebay. Joanna may get lasik eye surgery for her birthday. It depends on the price and if it will work for her problems and how long she’ll have before she needs glasses again. I’m worried about it I know that a lot of people have it do without any side effects from it. I just don’t want anything to happen to Joanna. I was biking outside but now that it snowed I don’t know if I’ll be doing that real soon again. I did bike last night in the snow on my mountain bike. It was ok I just rode to Russ and Angie’s for dinner and back home. It was fun I haven’t ridden in the snow for years. I felt like a kid. The part of me that’s grown-up is worried about the ice under the snow and taking a fall. I shaved my face yesterday. Got read of the goatee. I was funny when I picked up Tyler from daycare because he hadn’t seen me without it yet. He looked at me like I know who you are but you look funny. Then on the ride home every time I looked at him in the back seat he’d laugh. Well that’s a recap of the past 6 or 7 days.

Hi Jason! I am glad to hear that you are working towards a goal for charity. I will login to donate under your name. I have been lazy in updating my blog but I am trying to get back on track. Keep up the posts. So far I have done 40 minutes on the treadmill twice this past week, which is nothing compared to you! Keep it up!
